1
For payments collected via the Automated (payment gateway) mode, the money is credited to your school's bank account on a T+2 working-days basis — T being the day the payment was made.
2
'Working days' matters: if a payment falls just before a weekend or public holiday, it can take 4-5 calendar days to actually reach your account, even though it's still 'T+2 working days'.
3
If you need the money sooner, you can manually request an early/instant settlement for a small additional fee, shown upfront before you confirm.
4
For unusually large transactions, an on-demand 'Smart Settlement' can be requested separately — contact your payment gateway's support team to enable this on your account.

How this compares across all 3 payment modes: Manual (cash/cheque) — money is already with the school immediately, no settlement wait at all. Semi-Automated (UPI/bank transfer reported by parent) — the parent's money already went directly to your bank account; Admin's approval only records the entry, no separate settlement delay. Automated (gateway) — T+2 working days by default, with early/instant settlement available at extra cost.
