Running a Library Audit

💻
Web Steps
1
Open any book and click Audit next to a specific copy.
2
Record the condition you physically found the copy in, and any remarks.
3
This updates the copy's current condition and creates a permanent audit history entry with the date and who performed it.
4
Use this periodically (e.g. once a term or once a year) to keep an accurate, verifiable record of your library's physical stock.
💡 Tips & Notes

Auditing does not change whether a copy is issued or available — it only records condition.
