VennsilixCampus ("the App," "we," "us," "our") is provided by Vennsilix Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated in Bangalore (India), for use by parents, teachers, and school administrators of Schools that have subscribed to the VennsilixCampus™ platform.
VennsilixCampus is used by three types of users, provisioned by your school:
Your school, not Vennsilix, decides who is issued a login and what information about you is entered into the platform. Vennsilix acts as the technology provider processing this data on behalf of your school.
Separately, our website (vennsilix.com) also collects contact details when someone books a product demo or applies to become a channel partner — this is used only to respond to that specific request, not for the platform's core functionality described below. Where a school's website includes an online admission enquiry form, submissions go directly to that school, not to Vennsilix, the same as any other information the school collects about you.

The App does not request access to your device's camera, photo gallery, contacts, SMS messages, or location. The only Android permissions the App requests are: internet access, network status, and notification delivery.

Vennsilix does not directly solicit information from children independent of the school's oversight. Parents/guardians with concerns about a student's data should contact their school in the first instance, or reach us directly at the contact details in Section 9.
